Yeşilyurt: "Moderately experienced anxiety is a motivator"

Pointing out that the errors made by university candidates while preparing for their examination increases their exam anxiety even more, Cihan Yeşilyurt stated that in actual fact, exam anxiety is not a bad thing, contrary to what is believed, and that moderate anxiety is motivating and is attention increasing.

Reminding that turning the exam into a battle of life-and-death increases the exam anxiety to a higher level, Yeşilyurt went on to say, “In an effort to reduce anxiety, we can think more positively by providing our brains with positive messages.
