Other Important Information
2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester graduates will be able to attend the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester Graduation Ceremony.
The ceremonies will be broadcast live upon the University’s official YouTube Channel.
Graduation Yearbook Photograph Shoot
For your photographs to be placed in the Graduation Yearbook with your graduation gowns, graduation yearbook photography sessions will be taken between 25 January - 2 February 2024 at the CU109 in Çevik Uraz Center from 9:00 till 16:00. Students who do not have their photographs taken will not have their photographs in the yearbook.
Registration to the Graduation Ceremony and Distribution of Graduation Gowns
In order to register for the graduation ceremony, students in the position to graduate will be asked upon SIS whether they will attend the ceremony. Students who confirm their attendance can go to class CU107 at the Çevik Uraz Center to collect their graduation gowns. With the collection of their gowns, their registration will be confirmed. Students who already have a graduation gown must first confirm their registration upon SIS and then attend the abovementioned classroom in order to confirm their registration. Students who wish to get a graduation gown can apply at the abovementioned classroom with a receipt of payment (Novabank Graduation Gown Account: 10-116-160010; 1800 TL) during the dates 25 January-2 February 2024 from 09:00-16:00. The student names and surnames, and student numbers must be noted upon the receipts (Bank working hours are: 08:30-16:00). The wearing of graduation clothing (gown and cap) is compulsory for all students who will attend the graduation ceremony. In the event that students who attend the ceremony return their gowns and caps between the dates of 25 January – 9 February 2024, during the hours of 09:00-16:00, at classroom CU107 located at the Çevik Uraz Center, 1500 TL will be reimbursed for the funds they paid.
Distribution of Diplomas
As the diplomas will not be distributed at the graduation ceremony, graduates will be able to collect their diplomas from the 11th March 2024, from the Student Services Building, or they can request for them to be posted to their address.
Note: Graduating students must arrive and be ready in the grass area between the Çevik Uraz Center and the Science and Technology Center at least an hour prior to the ceremony start time determined for their faculty. They will not be permitted to attend at another faculty’s time.
