Medical education in the 4th and the 5th years involve a combination of courses and internships. In addition to theoretical lectures, the program also consists of in-patient training, clinical visits, patient preparation, outpatient clinic visits, and observation in the operating room, seminars and article hours, and joint meetings between clinics. The 6th year is the time for internships. The courses and internships cover not only global knowledge and skills, but also principles of preventive medicine and local needs.
