Diploma approval procedures for the 2021-2022 fall semester graduates

Dear 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester Graduate candidate students,

In accordance with the decisions dated 21.06.2021 taken by the TRNC Council of Ministers in relation to the 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester, the decision was made to implement the face-to-face (sparse) education model, and for students to be within the TRNC during the Fall semester, and to have completed their student immigration permits.

Within the 20th October 2021 announcement made by the TRNC Ministry of National Education and Culture, they notified that for diploma approval procedures for the 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall semester graduates, the student's current immigration documents, as well as the entry-exit transcripts, will be required. In this context, apart from the TRNC students, all graduate candidate students are required to submit the relevant documents to the Registrar's Office by the end of working hours on 07.02.2022.

Students who do not submit their immigration permits and their entry-exit documents will not have their diplomas approved by the TRNC Ministry of National Education and Culture.

Please be informed.
