2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester Course Registrations

Dear Students,
The 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester online course registrations will be done from September 8 to October 2, 2020. Our students who prefer to do a face-to-face registration will also have the opportunity to register face-to-face interactively with their advisors from September 29 to October 2, 2020.
Course registrations will be completed in 2 steps;
Step 1: A student selects courses through the CIU-SIS and send them to the advisor for approval (It is mandatory. An advisor cannot choose courses on behalf of a student),
Step 2: Evaluation and approval of the courses by the course advisor.
Course registration will be completed with the completion of the second step. This parameter will be used in the late registration fee calculations.
For this reason, the selected courses must be sent to the advisors before October 2, 2020, which is the deadline for registrations, so that the advisor can evaluate and approve the courses on time.
Students who do not complete their course registration until October 2, 2020, by 17:00 will be charged a 25 € late registration fee and the relevant amount will be debited to the students. The late registration fee reflected the student will be no more than 150 €.
The flowcharts to be followed during the registration of new students are prepared separately for Associate/Undergraduate and Graduate Programs. These flowcharts must be examined carefully.
The registration documents of the new undergraduate and graduate students, who will be enrolled at our university from the third world countries, will be taken by the advisors when the student comes to the university for education.
The new Student ID cards will be delivered for those staying in the dormitories from the relevant dormitory authority or information desk, and for the others from the International Office (upper floor of Break Point) by signature upon completion of the registration process on the CIU-SIS.
