Human Resources is responsible for every kind of personal procedure, which has to be done according to the rules and regulations of CIU, regarding the full-time academic and administrative staff, and the technical and support personnel working under the campus management. Another responsibility is doing the follow up of all the personnels employment and termination procedures along with their annual leave of absence rights.
