All Summer Academy participants stay on campus which gives students the opportunity to experience life in the environment of the international university. All campus facilities such as shops, launderette and the library are conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. There are also regular shuttle buses to and from the capital city of Lefkosa.
Studio Accommodation
Brand new building ‘Soli’ with its ultramodern architecture offers single accommodation at a deluxe level of comfort, with air conditioning and wheelchair accessibility.
All rooms come with free and unlimited Internet access, desk and office chair, bookshelves, wardrobe, bed, mini fridge, landline telephone and TV connection.
Supervision, safety and security on campus
Whilst on campus, students are overseen by the Programme Director (PD), who implements the day-to-day running of the programme. The PD is assisted by a team of Mentors who are current members of Cyprus International University and are able to communicate with students in their native languages (Russian, French, Arabic and Turkish). CIU campus is also monitored 24/7 with CCTV cameras and foot patrols from our security services to ensure maximum safety.
