The Witches at CIU

The Halloween Party, which was organized by the Social Activity and Young Entrepreneurs Club, Student Development and Counselling Centre at the Cyprus International University (CIU) created colourful scenes.

The students' creative make-ups and interesting costumes attracted a great deal of interest from the students participating in the Halloween Festival held at the Student Centre at the CIU.

 

At the event which was aimed to bring together students from different cultures, the students dressed according to the concept of the Halloween, the DJ performances in the event area and students had a great time with the show of the CIU Dance Club.

Social Activity Coordinator Naziyet Uzunboylu, who is the coordinator of the CIU Student Development and Counselling Centre, presented Salman Nouari and Adylhan Jumadurdyev as winner of the competition at the end of the night, with the "Most Dreadful Costume" award.

 

Salman Nouari and Adylhan Jumadurdyyev, students of the CIU School of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, said they were studying Architecture. Salman Nouari, who said he was very happy to be at CIU and he added he was very happy to be awarded the "Most Dreadful Costume" award, saying that he had a lot of fun at the feast of Halloween.
