Informative Seminar on “Bloomberg Aptitude Test” at CIU
The Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at CIU has organized an informative seminar on “Bloomberg Aptitude Test”. The seminar was delivered by Dilara Ruslova who is a student assisstant at The Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences.
The Deputy Dean of The Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hasret Balcıoğlu gave the keynote speech at the seminar which was held in Çevik Uraz Conference Hall.
FIBAA accreditation of Accounting and Finance Department
Prof. Dr. Balcıoğlu has expressed that it is a necesity for faculties of Economics and Administative Sciences to continously develop and and to improve its departments and an example of this development is the accreditation of the Acounting Department from FIBAA. Balcıoğlu also stated that they have started working for the FIBAA accreditation.
Prof. Dr. Balcıoğlu also mentioned the success of the alumni students of the department, stating “Our alumni students are establishing their own firm in the USA, are being promoted to the management of Turkish Airlines, or getting senior positions in Garanti and Turkiye İş Bank”. Hasret Balcıoğlu emphasized that success of the department was not limited with the succcess of their alumni students but also stressed the success of current students by saying “ In 2012,our students teaming up with Indian team managed to get 20th place out 1500 gropus in a bussiness plan competition held in USA”.
Uludağ stressed their desire for success In special interest tourism, promoting the richness of the fauna and flora, alongside mass tourism in the touristic season of 2016. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orhan Uludağ stated “ W need to develop our services and products in the interest of optimally using our resources alongside closely studying variable and dynamic tourism tendencies”.
Our member of staff Uludağ stressed the importance of the acceleration in the increase of promotion activities and the importance of the realization of the importance of these promotional activities by the TRNC public.
