Ebru Zeybekoğlu, the founder of the Pragya Academy, a trainer and a coach was hosted by Cyprus International University (CIU) on the occasion of the 3rd career Days and Fair event.
Ebru Zeybekoğlu gave information to the students in order to shape their careers properly with her speech on ‘Am I the person that I want to be?’ on the occasion of the 3rd Career Days and Fair event, which was organized with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of the students as well as to contribute to the employment opportunities after graduation.
Zeybekoğlu stated that there are too many generalized judgments in human life and she added that these taboos started at childhood and they are hidden under the consciousness. Ebru Zeybekoğlu said that the generalized judgements emerge as obstacles in the life of an individual and she reminded students how valuable they are and she suggested that they should get rid of their judgments and pave their way for the future.
Ebru Zeybekoglu also stated that students will be able to achieve success by getting away from their egos, from the barriers and patterns they formed and become independent and they should start an inner journey as an individual. Ebru Zeybekoğlu stated that individuals need to be aware of their own qualifications and their inner world and she said "After graduation, the focus should be on doing what I like, how I can do the job I like”.
The event, held at the CIU Çevik Uraz Center Conference Hall, ended with the presentation of a plaque by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Toycan, the Rector Advisor to Ebru Zeybekoğlu, a founder of the Pragya Academy, a trainer and a coach.
