A cooperation protocol was signed between Cyprus International University (CIU) and Birinci Media Agency

A protocol of cooperation has been signed between Cyprus International University (CIU) and the Birinci Media Agency. The aim of the protocol is to contribute to the internship and future business life of the students of the NES while aiming to implement joint projects between the two institutions.

The protocol is signed by Rector Prof. Dr. Halil Nadiri and Tekin Birinci, the Chairman of the Birinci Media Agency. Rector, Professor. Dr. Halil Nadiri stated that the universities are important institutions that shed lights to the society and provide information and he also added their duties are not limited to education. They also contribute to research, development and social duties. Rector Nadiri said that the university had 606 faculty members and when this is compared to 18,000 students, one faculty member serves for every 30 students. Halil Nadiri expressed that he believed that the collaboration would bring very good results and he hoped that the cooperation protocol would be beneficial to both institutions.Tekin Birinci, who spoke during the protocol meeting, pointed out the importance of the agreement and stated that CIU is an institution that is a brand in education. Tekin Birinci stated that they will be able to do good work by combining their powers with CIU under the protocol and they will be able to announce the culture, education and art of the Turkish Cypriot all over the world. Tekin Birinci wish that the protocol would be fruitful at the end of the first ceremony.
