Berna Öztınaz, the Chairman of the Executive Board of PERYÖN met with students

Berna Öztınaz, the Chairman of the Executive Board of PERYÖN met with students at CIU and gave students information about the human resources demanded by the business world on the occasion of the 3rd Career Days and Fair event of the Cyprus International University (CIU). 

Berna Öztınaz, People Management Association of Turkey - the Chairman of the Executive Board of PERYÖN said students that we are in a technological era during her speech on " What Kind of Human Resources Business World Needs" and she stated that there is a need for personal skills in addition to academic success to be able to exist in the globalized world.

Berna Öztınaz pointed out that the workload will increase in the future but the job-finding rate will decrease and she explained the importance of knowing English, which is a world language, in order to be able to find a place in the world. Öztınaz stated that the smallest steps taken from the internship programs will add value for them and she added that these steps they took for themselves would come out as accumulation in the future. 

Öztınaz told students that they should be proud of their personal characteristics and she advised students to work in jobs suitable for their personalities. Berna Öztınaz pointed out that everyone can make mistakes and she said "The mistake is good, let your mistakes come true because you are at the age to be able to tolerate mistakes."

The event, held at the CIU Çevik Uraz Centre Conference Hall, ended with the presentation of a plaque by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Toycan, the Rector Advisor to Berna Öztınaz, People Management Association of Turkey – the Chairman of the Executive Board of PERYÖN.
