Project and Technical Affairs Directorate

The Project and Technical Affairs Directorate was established in 2018 to meet the maintenance, repair, and new projects needs of the dynamically developing Cyprus International University Campus. The maintenance repair unit and technical personnel are organized within this directorate. The administrative staff consist of a Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer, and the technical team consists of technicians and experienced masters of the field. The aims of the directorate include; conducting projects of buildings and facilities, preparing tender files, carrying out tenders, checking the construction and receiving the ones which are completed, carrying out maintenance and repair work of the university buildings, fixtures, technical equipment, water supply and distribution, and wastewater treatment, operating electrical and mechanical facilities, and maintenance and repair works which are necessary.
