About the Program

The  Computer Aided Accounting Department focuses on training students to work in the field of accounting in which, today, rapid changes require entrants to be fully equipped in computer aided accounting practices. Courses focus on delivering systematic accounting information, allowing students to first learn the basics of accounting which they then reinforce by practicing using computer programs. Furthermore, students make use of laboratories and field trips (for applicable courses) to practice their theoretical knowledge. In addition to laboratory work, practical exercises together with case studies from real life situations, course internships and independent studies offered within courses help students apply their knowledge. On top of all this, seminars, which include talks and debates with industry experts, invited guest speakers for the related courses, summer training in which students work in a company for 30 days and agreements and collaborations with organizations, provide a variety of learning as well as employment opportunities.
