About the Program
The Computer Aided Accounting Department focuses on training students to work in the field of accounting in which, today, the rapid changes require entrants to be equipped fully in computer aided accounting practices. In each autumn [fall] and spring semester the courses focus on delivering systematic accounting information, allowing students to first learn the basics of accounting which they then reinforce by practicing using computer programs. They also learn to analyze financial statements. Students graduating from this program may work in the independent auditing sector, in accounting departments of business organizations, in public practice accounting, or as certified public accountants.
Students can access the required lecture materials from the university's library and online course management system. Furthermore, students use laboratories and field trips (for applicable courses) to practice their theoretical knowledge.
