Graphic Design

Aim of the Program:

The Department of Graphic Design of the Faculty of Fine Arts offers both a thesis and non-thesis Master’s Degree Course where the main aim is to develop the students’ ability to produce individual approaches and solutions in this field and to examine the relationship between graphic art and the visual media. These studies are important in terms of a qualified academic structure. Another aim of the Course is to educate instructors able to provide sustainability in graphic design education careers.

The Master Course in Graphic Design requires a thesis and is taken in English. The core modules are GRD 501 Graphic Design I and GRD 502 Graphic Design II. Other modules are elective though this Course also consists of seven compulsory modules, deliver a seminar and prepare a thesis.
