Faculty of Law

The purpose of the modern Faculty of Law is to equip itself with contemporary knowledge, gathered using all means available, in order to educate contemporary jurists to an internationally acceptable level. This involves accessing knowledge from society and to share it with the community, responding to changes in the understanding of ‘legality’ but always believing in the principle of ‘law and order’ and the ideal of justice. The Faculty promulgates the characteristics of strong foresight, virtue, honesty, reliability and reputation as well as an understanding of international relations.

The Faculty utilises modern educational methods for the effective participation of its students in its courses under the control of well-known academics. Using an international level of knowledge it is equipped to believe in the law, aiming to educate lawyers who are idealistic and contemporary. The basic principle is to make students love the law so that they become not just a law graduate but become real lawyers for the community.
